Enjoy a restful night sleep in the king-sized bed or one of two queen beds. The fully equipped kitchen boasts seating for 8 at the table and 3 at the bar. Step outside to a charming seating area for 4 overlooking the wooded lot and Lake Oconee, or gather around the fire pit. The dock has a lovely big view, seating, a swim ladder, a boat slip and room for jet skis. Two grills available during your stay including a new Blackstone Griddle. Complimentary kayaks are provided for your lake adventures, and a washer/dryer adds convenience.

PLEASE NOTE: The walk to the dock is approximately 50 steps. Guests with mobility challenges should consider this carefully when booking our home. Golfers: Please note we are not in a development with a golf course. Most Lake Oconee golf courses are private with Harbor Club being the exception. Restaurants: The closest restaurant is 20 minutes away. We are happy to provide recommendations. We do consider dogs with a pet fee - must be well behaved & under 25 pounds. Must inquire. Age Limit: Our property is best suited for guests who are 25 years of age or older. We have a strict no-party policy. The person on the reservation must also be the occupant during the stay. Nature Awareness: Staying on the lake and in the woods means you're surrounded by nature 🌲and that includes the occasional visit from local wildlife 🐾. While we do our best to keep critters out of the home, you may spot one from time to time. It's all part of the peaceful, natural setting! Security: To ensure guest safety we have two external cameras on the property. One facing the front door and another facing the dock. They do not face any private areas and are not audible. Check in: We have a self check in process and keyless entry. Detailed check in instructions which include the access code will be sent prior to check in Putnam County, GA requires rentals to charge an 8% Sales Tax + 8% Lodging Tax, which will automatically be added via Airbnb.
